Indiana Suicide Prevention & Awareness Summit

Registration Fees

The 2026 Summit will be held on Wednesday, August 5th starting at 8:30 a.m. Eastern. We are still finalizing the Pre-Summit educational offerings, and will get those added into the registration as soon as they are available. For those coming in on Tuesday, we have a discounted room block at the hotel, the opportunity for a Town Hall with DMHA, and a fun night of board games available!

  • Early Bird Registration (through July 15th) – $100
  • General Registration (July 15 – July 29th) – $125
  • Board Game Night Tuesday Evening – Free!

**Please note, the platform we use for ticketing (Zeffy) is free for Upstream to use and does not require fees on your end. However, to keep the platform free, they encourage the purchaser to “tip” the platform. Please feel free to do so if you wish and are able – but these fees go directly to Zeffy vs. Upstream or the Summit, and are completely customizable to what you can afford and feel comfortable with (from $0 up to 20%)!

Cancellation Policy

Registration for the Indiana Suicide Prevention & Awareness Summit officially closes on July 29, 2026 when we have to give our final count to the catering team. Refunds are not available for registration cancellations after July 29th. Substitutions are allowed and should be e-mailed to Kathleen Ratcliff at suicideprevention@upstreamprevention.org no later than July 31. Special meal needs should be submitted within your Summit registration before July 29th in order to be considered. 

Upstream Prevention is committed to providing universal access to all our events. Please contact Kathleen Ratcliff at kathleen@upstreamprevention.org to request disability accommodations. Advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility needs, but we will do our best to accommodate all needs we’re aware of! 

Personal hotel room accommodation requests should be made directly with the Wyndham Indianapolis West (2544 Executive Dr, Indianapolis, IN). We have a room block available on a first come, first booked, available here.
