Upstream will be utilizing our IPLA license to provide Category 1 Continuing Education Unit certificates for all attendees who complete the required paperwork, unless you just need a certificate of attendance.

To receive CEUs you MUST sign in at each Educational session in the Breakout Rooms (networking and feedback rooms won’t count!), and sign in as having attended the Keynotes at the Registration desk.

You must then complete the evaluation form at the conclusion of the Summit, providing feedback and information on what you learned in the sessions before being redirected to a separate survey to provide your name and contact information. The information you provide about the session will not be and is not able to be tied to your name and contact information. Providing that information separately ensures we’re gathering evaluation data from individuals receiving CEUs, as required to provide CEUs.

We will announce this throughout the Summit, but it’s your responsibility to make sure you’ve signed in everywhere AND complete the evaluation form!
