Indiana Suicide Prevention & Awareness Summit
Registration Fees
The Summit will be held on Friday, August 22nd starting at 8:00 a.m. Eastern. For those traveling in the day before, we have optional Connection Events available the evening before both at the Hotel and at a nearby business. We are also currently working to schedule a SafeTALK training on Thursday afternoon, for those who want to make a full two days of it!
- Early Bird Registration (through August 1st) – $100
- General Registration (August 2nd – August 11th) – $125
- Connection Event – August 21st – Game Night 6-8pm – Free!
Registration is available here until midnight August 18th!
**Please note, the platform we use for ticketing (Zeffy) is free for Upstream to use and does not require fees on your end. However, to keep the platform free, they encourage the purchaser to “tip” the platform. Please feel free to do so if you wish and are able – but these fees go directly to Zeffy vs. Upstream or the Conference, and are completely customizable to what you can afford and feel comfortable with (from $0 up to 20%)!

Registration and payment are preferred to be made online at the website above. If you need to pay via check, please contact the Suicide Prevention Coalition to request an invoice and registration code.

Cancellation Policy
Registration for the Indiana Suicide Prevention & Awareness Summit officially closes on August 18, 2025. Refunds are not available for registration cancellations after August 1st. Substitutions are allowed and should be e-mailed to Leslie Mayfield at leslie@upstreamprevention.org no later than August 16. Special meal needs should be submitted within your Summit registration before August 8th in order to be accommodated.
Upstream Prevention is committed to providing universal access to all our events. Please contact Kathleen Ratcliff at kathleen@upstreamprevention.org to request disability accommodations. Advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility needs.
Personal hotel room accommodation requests should be made directly with the Wyndham Indianapolis West (2544 Executive Dr, Indianapolis, IN). We have secured a room block available on a first come, first booked!
